A few months have passed since Queen Nehellenia's defeat at the hands of Sailor Moon and the Sailor Senshi, with the destruction of Nehellenia's mirror a new danger had been unleashed. A new group of villains has successfully claimed the life of Sailor Moon now leaving the Inner and Outer Senshi to pick up the pieces, meanwhile Sailor Senshi from across the stars are reincarnating on Earth!

Meanwhile, Chaldea is acting, with the connection of the Earth and Throne damaged they are forced to resort to a new system. The Crest System, to implant a Saint Graph upon a Spirit Origin, the new way to make a Demi-Servant. With this new system in place they must rely on the experimental process to protect the Grand Order.
