Folks tend to say the town's been there forever, tucked deep in the Appalachian hills like it grew outta the mountain itself. Strangers come through every so often, though not many leave the same way they arrived. Most...? They don't leave at all. Blackwater Run is a newly established Appalachian-based 21+ discord roleplay focused on character-driven storytelling. The setting immerses characters in an old coal mining town deep in the mountains of West Virginia, where things don't exactly work the way they do everywhere else.
