From the ruins, the Hazbin Hotel was rebuilt, offering sinners a chance at redemption.

But now, something new has begun.

An exorcist attacks her own, screaming of demons.
A hallucinating sinner collapses in the street.
Both cough up the same black, writhing parasite.

Two realms. One horror.
Each blames the other.
But no one knows the truth.

And it's continuing to spread.

**After Charlie’s Redemption plan is rejected by the angels, another Extermination Day inches closer. With time running out, alliances are forged, loyalties are tested, and betrayal lingers in every shadow. As the Radio Demon and the Princess of Hell make a secret pact that could shift the tide, Heaven's forces begin to descend — merciless, holy, and ready to cleanse.

Meanwhile, I.M.P. is being pulled into the conflict, whether they like it or not.
