We are a *NEW* period piece server that's set in the mid mod era—just after the civil rights movement; WITH plenty of changes, of course. Speaking of this community, it's built off of our completely original storyline with plenty of opportunities for major plot relevant roles. Operation Stray-Dog is a character-driven roleplay server set within a sealed research facility slowly falling apart. The upper layers have become crowded, politicized, and tense. The lower layers are dark, flooded, unstable, or worse. Survival is no longer guaranteed by protocol, rank, or clearance. It depends on who you trust, what you’re willing to risk, and how far down you’re willing to go.

Players take on the roles of former personnel, expendables, engineers, researchers, guards, or civilians caught in the lockdown. Alongside sentient anomalies that now walk freely among the population, their past containment replaced with uneasy coexistence. Factions have formed. Supplies are limited. Long-empty cradles, mirrors reflecting other worlds, and too-observant crows.
Markets open only if one knows how to find them, and coded messages on the bottoms of tea cups.
Watchers in the corner of one’s eye, moving too fast to be defined, running—or hunting.

Upon old ambitions and older legacies, loyalty finds itself defined in grief-woven bargains, shippings set to sail across the Atlantic, and well-timed handshakes at charity galas.
And if there are rumours… of a deceased Admiral's cache of illegal, impossible treasures, of grand masked balls hiding secret societies, odd weather above cemeteries, and howls echoing on moonlit nights… well.
Perhaps there are those who seek to wield those rumours, too.
