Eternal Storm is a Marvel and DC Cross over roleplay server. Characters have started to stabilize and realize what's going on, though the cause is still unknown. Following the end of Cybertron, the survivors fled the planet in the face of its destruction and took to the stars, the Autobots led by Optimus Prime in the search to discover a new world they could call home — while the Decepticons continued to pledge their loyalty to Megatron and his cause in conquering and spreading destruction as they went — and those who chose to remain neutral were left to their own devices. However, before either faction could pursue their intended goals, a battle between the two in the reaches of space had gone haywire and they all were forced into a cryogenically induced stasis on their respective ships.

Millions of years have passed since then and both The Ark and the Nemesis crash-landed on Earth in recent years, although their sudden arrival has been covered up as two slightly larger meteorites, a falsehood that the masses seem to wholeheartedly believe. Humanity has made minimal contact with the Cybertronians now residing on Earth, except for the government / military operatives who now work alongside the Autobots after a mutual agreement — and the civilians who have been swept up in the middle of the ongoing conflicts between the Autobots and the Decepticons.

Things have been calm as of late, but something is definitely brewing on the horizon . . .

What lies beneath the Earth isn't the layers you'd been taught, not in it's entirety. For beneath lies an empire called Eleutheri, followers of the Mold Mother, Glomerorum. A sovereign deity whom brought life to this hidden realm through HER children, the fae, entities inherently rich with a strong magic that has been passed down for generations

It is near impossible to reach Eleutheri alive when travelling from the surface and even harder to leave, as this place can only be gleamed though an opening into darkness itself. Humans who have found ourselves here are often victims of what they call terrible luck, falling into chasms, swallowed by a sinkhole, whirlpools and the like. Most don’t survive this process, their bodies being discovered already scavenged for anything worthwhile, but survivors are readily welcomed into the community!
